After building his first rotor at the age of eight, Greg Hunter seemed destined for a career in manufacturing. Since earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, he’s played an important role in the development of some of the most significant irrigation innovations of our time. Greg was promoted to CEO of Hunter Industries in February 2013, following in the footsteps of his grandfather and company founder Ed Hunter as well as his father and former CEO Richard Hunter. Greg is also a past president of the Irrigation Association, serving in 2017.
